Begin with stretched hair.
Separate the front in a medium sized section from your ear and secure the back hair to keep it out of the way.
To get the smoothest results, brush the front to lay down any stray hair in advance of creating your faux bang or tucking in your existing bang.
Take your front section and brush forward, gather the ends of your hair together, roll it hair over towards the back, pushing down slightly (to add volume) and tuck in the ends to create a bang, securing with hair pains.
Take the back section and brush up into a high bun using one of the following methods: (1) Secure with a hair ban and tuck the ends out of sight. (2) Using side hair clips, secure the hair up and smoothing with your hands, roll the ends of the hair downwards and under, pinning the ends in to secure.
